In addition to her work in healthcare administration, Bailey is a Certified Breastfeeding Counselor (CBC) and is passionate about supporting breastfeeding mothers. She has had the privilege of assisting mothers on their breastfeeding journeys by providing education, encouragement, and practical support. This role allows her to combine her medical knowledge with a personal commitment to maternal and infant health, creating a nurturing environment for new mothers during a crucial time.

Outside of her professional life, Bailey’s most cherished role is being a mom to her two wonderful children, Lily and Stetson. Their curiosity and zest for life inspire her daily and remind her of the importance of empathy and patience in both her work and personal life.
