Pediatric Primary Care

At Newma, we understand that the health of your child is your top priority, and it’s ours too. From newborns to teenagers, our pediatric primary care services provide comprehensive care designed to support your child’s growth and development at every stage. Whether your child needs a routine check-up, treatment for an illness, or help managing a long-term condition, our experienced team is here to provide patient-centered care in a warm and welcoming environment. 

•  Well Visits: Routine annual check-ups and developmental assessments to ensure your child is growing and thriving. We monitor important milestones, and offer advice on nutrition, physical activity, and overall wellness.
• Sick Visits: Prompt care for common childhood illnesses, infections, or injuries. Our pediatric team provides diagnosis and treatment to help your child feel better quickly, whether it’s for a fever, ear infection, or other common illness. However, since we are a small practice, we are unable to provide any urgent care type services. 
• Chronic Condition Management: Ongoing support for children managing chronic conditions such as asthma, allergies, or other long-term health concerns. We partner with families to create personalized care plans that fit your child’s unique needs.
• Developmental Screenings: We offer developmental screenings to track cognitive, emotional, and physical development, helping to identify any concerns early and provide appropriate support.
• Vaccines: Currently Newma does NOT provide in-house vaccinations. In order to meet licensing requirements, vaccination education is available at well visits. We value parental decision making regarding pediatric immunizations. If you choose to vaccinate, information is provided on how to obtain vaccines through the local health department or other facilities. It is up to you to verify that your insurance is accepted at the location you choose to go to for immunizations. Newma is integrated with the Colorado Immunization Information System.
